Position Summary:

The driver role supports our customers through regular pickup and drop off of currency and cannabis at their locations. Drivers operate our discreet, secure vehicles in a variety of traffic, road, weather, and daylight conditions based out of hub in the Harrisburg, PA area. Job Information:

  • This role is based out of our hub in the Harrisburg, PA area and travels across the state and adjacent states to support customer’s needs.
  • The work schedule is generally 3 days per week, subject to change based on customer needs with very rare weekend hours.
  • Work can be part-time or full-time.
  • All work is completed as a pair with another retired law enforcement officer. Each day starts and ends at the same location so you are home every day.
  • We ask our employees to embrace the company’s values by representing the company to our customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • The role requires safely operating vehicles in a variety of traffic, road, weather, and daylight conditions.
  • In this role employees will collect, transport, and deliver currency and coin to and from vehicles and client locations.

Qualifications:

  • This role is open to those who have completed a full career and have retired on good terms with state or local law enforcement.
  • Civilians are not eligible for hire at this time.
  • For this position, you must have an active Driver’s License and a clean criminal background and driving record.
  • Must be available to start the work day before 7am.
  • Driver must be comfortable driving for extended periods of time and be able to repeatedly lift 30 pound boxes and maneuver them in tight spaces.

Since 2017, we have been a market leader in end-to-end Cannabis cash and product transportation and we are looking to continue our dominance in the Cannabis Transportation industry.

Position Summary: NST is searching for an ambitious, driven individual who can develop new business in the cash-in-transit (CIT) space. As an Account Executive, your responsibility will be to ensure sales targets are achieved by utilizing your sales hunting and closing skills.

What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for increasing revenue for all lines of services within the assigned region or service line.
  • Expand market share, focusing on sales activities with existing and prospective clients.
  • Responding to quote requests in adherence with company procedures.
  • Reaching out to assigned leads in a timely manner.
  • Use Talaria/NST sales process, CRM, and File Storage Systems to update and manage the sales pipeline.
  • New business development from either client expansion, generated leads, referrals, or own knowledge base.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success and Operations to maintain and strengthen client relationships.
  • Work on monthly KPIs to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved.
  • Ensuring sufficient and relevant information for each new client agreement is passed to the Operations, Customer Success, and Accounting teams.
  • Collaborate and Coordinate with the Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure new client onboarding is successfully handled.
  • Follow-up with assigned leads in a timely manner (within 24 hours of receiving).
  • Travel to conferences or in-person meetings as requested by management.
  • Sign into and be present in Roam, our cloud software, between 8 am and 5 pm daily, Monday to Friday.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Minimum three years of demonstrable B2B sales success primarily from hunting role(s).
  • Ability to clearly and confidently communicate via telephone, video, and email.
  • Knowledge and Experience with Salesforce and creating outbound email/dialing campaigns.
  • Presentable and confident in face-to-face and video meetings.
  • General higher education or sales training and qualifications (preferred not required).
  • Able to build rapport quickly over the phone or in face-to-face or in video meetings.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong networking skills.
