  • Location Data: Your device’s GPS location while the app is in use, to track delivery progress, provide navigation, and update route status in real time.
  • Photos: Images you capture for proof of delivery and fuel receipt documentation. These are uploaded to our secure servers and associated with the relevant delivery or route.
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and compatibility purposes.
  • Usage Data: Interactions within the app such as route completions, delivery status updates, and messaging activity.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide delivery route management and navigation services
  • To track delivery status and provide real-time updates to dispatch
  • To store proof of delivery documentation
  • To facilitate communication between drivers and dispatch
  • To calculate route efficiency and generate operational reports
  • To improve the app’s functionality and user experience

Location Data

Atlas Driver collects location data only while the app is actively in use. We do not track your location when the app is closed.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with row-level security. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel within your organization.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

  • With your employer/fleet operator, who manages your account
  • With service providers who help us operate the app (cloud hosting, mapping services)
  • When required by law or to protect our legal rights

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting your fleet administrator or by reaching out to us directly.

Children’s Privacy

Atlas Driver is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes through the app or via email.
